false (default) maps to OpenId4VciManager.Config.ParUsage.IF_SUPPORTED — PAR is used only when the issuer advertises it. true maps to OpenId4VciManager.Config.ParUsage.REQUIRED, which the Norwegian eIDAS sandbox expects (requirePAR: true in the iOS config).
